Our firm was founded to provide legal representation to individuals with personal injury, wrongful death and medical negligence claims.

In addition to the five partners of the firm, we employ  associate attorneys,  full-time legal nurse consultants, as well as experienced and dedicated paralegals and other support staff. Our firm is located in the historic Bals-Wocher House, which has been an Indianapolis landmark for more than 135 years.

While we are deeply committed to our local community, our five partners also have active regional and national practices and are equipped to handle cases anywhere in the country.
