About Us

The Bals-Wocher House, Downtown IndianapolisOur firm was founded to provide legal representation to individuals with personal injury, wrongful death and medical negligence claims.

Our firm represents victims of motor vehicle collisions, medical negligence, defective or toxic products (including, but not limited to, medical and pharmaceutical products, automotive products, industrial products and general consumer products), premises liability, trucking accidents, workplace injuries, electrical accidents, fires and explosions, and other types of personal injury accidents.

In addition to the five partners of the firm, we employ two associate attorneys, five paralegals and a full-time legal nurse consultant.

Cline Farrell Christie Lee & Caress requires continuing professional development of all attorneys, and all partners are frequent speakers at and attendees of continuing legal education seminars. The partners belong to numerous national plaintiff litigation groups and actively participate in those groups. The firm has a national practice and is well-equipped to handle cases anywhere in the country. Further, three partners are members of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the firm routinely handles cases in all State and Federal Courts in the State of Indiana.
