Kathy A. Lee is a partner in the law firm of Cline, Farrell, Christie & Lee, P.C. in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has an A.A. Degree in Nursing from Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis (1978), a B.S. Degree in Nursing from Marian College in Indianapolis (1983), earned her J.D. Degree from Indiana University (1987), and received her L.L.M. degree in Health Policy & Bioethics (2010). She was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1987 and the Oklahoma bar in 2007. She has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She has been a licensed, registered nurse in Indiana since 1978.
