Kathy A. Lee is a partner with Cline, Farrell, Christie, Lee & Caress, P.C. Kathy has been an Indiana trial lawyer since 1987, and a licensed, registered nurse in Indiana since 1978. Kathy is also admitted to practice law in Oklahoma. She is currently working toward an L.L.M. degree in Health Policy & Bioethics at IUPUI. Kathy focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing negligence, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, medical product liability, pharmaceutical liability, personal injury and torts.
