Timothy C. Caress is a partner with Cline Farrell Christie Lee & Caress, P.C.  In the 16 years that Tim has practiced law, Tim has primarily devoted his legal career to representing individuals who have been injured or families who have lost a loved one as a result of negligent conduct by an individual or corporation.  He is a passionate and dedicated lawyer who takes great pride in achieving just results for his clients through fair and candid representation.  Tim concentrates his practice on trucking and auto accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, premises security, fires and explosions, electrical accidents and construction site accidents.
