Medical Negligence
Medical malpractice or medical negligence is a failure of a health
care provider to render the reasonable care other providers would have
done in the same or similar circumstances. The malpractice or
negligence of the health care provider may consist of doing
something that the health care provider should not have done or
something the health care provider failed to do under the
circumstances.
Nurses, therapists and other non-physician health care providers
can also be negligent in the care that they provide. These
non-physician health care providers are usually employees of
hospitals, nursing homes, or corporations which are usually found to
be responsible for the negligent acts of their employees, agents
and/or representatives.
We help individuals and families of loved ones who have been
harmed as a result of medical negligence.
